| To produce a tranquil and relaxing ambiance, simply add 6-8 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to your diffuser. |
| To utilize Lavender as a facial steam, simply incorporate 3 drops of the essential oil into a bowl of hot water. Proceed by covering your head with a towel, closing your eyes, and inhaling deeply. |
| Combine 4-6 drops of Lavender Essential Oil with 20ml of blending oil. Pour the substance into your bath water and stir to distribute evenly. |
| Place 1-2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil onto a tissue and inhale from a safe distance, making sure the oil does not directly touch your skin. Alternatively, you can inhale the aroma of the oil directly from the bottle. |
